SERVICES BUILT AROUND THE SYSTEM IN FRONT OF US.
No two organizations arrive with the same peer workforce, infrastructure, strengths, or friction points. LIVED engagements start with what is actually happening inside your system—not a predetermined package.
Our work generally moves across three connected areas: understanding what is happening, building what is needed, and strengthening what will sustain the practice over time.
ASSESSMENT
Understand the System.
See what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and where infrastructure and practice are out of alignment.
IMPLEMENTATION
Build the Infrastructure.
Turn what we learn into policies, workflows, supervision structures, leadership practices, and operating systems that work in practice.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustain the Practice.
Strengthen the workforce, leadership, and organizational structures that keep peer practice intact as programs grow and systems change.
ASSESSMENT
UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM.
Peer integration problems rarely belong to one person, one supervisor, or one program. LIVED assessments look across the system surrounding peer practice to understand where organizational intent, day-to-day operations, and the ethos of peer support are aligned—and where they are not.
We start by listening. Then we look closely at the structures shaping the work: what is written, what is expected, what actually happens, and what peer workers and the people around them experience in practice.
IMPLEMENTATION
BUILD THE INFRASTRUCTURE.
Understanding what needs to change is only useful if the organization can act on it. LIVED works alongside teams to turn findings into the policies, workflows, role definitions, supervision structures, leadership practices, and implementation plans that make peer support workable in day-to-day operations.
We do not stop at recommendations. The work may include drafting policy, redesigning workflows, developing supervision models, training leaders, clarifying scope, or supporting a launch or re-launch—whatever the system in front of us actually requires.
SUSTAINABILITY
SUSTAIN THE PRACTICE.
Peer integration does not end when a program launches. Roles drift, supervisors change, organizations grow, and operational pressures evolve. Without intentional maintenance, peer practice can gradually become something very different from what was originally built.
LIVED helps organizations strengthen the structures that preserve the practice over time—from supervisor capacity and role-drift prevention to workforce strategy, leadership continuity, policy refreshes, and thoughtful expansion into new programs or locations.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START? START WITH WHAT’S HAPPENING.
You don’t need to know whether you need assessment, implementation, sustainability support—or some combination of all three. Tell us what you’re building, what you’re seeing, or where things feel stuck. We’ll start there.
